For example, a refrigerator with energy star rating more than 75 is rated in the high in the performance category when compared to the refrigerator with energy star rating of 50.
  • Energy Guide Label – Read the information provided in the Energy guide label. The label generally consists of the following information:
    a. The Model number and the Manufacture number
    b. Information on the size, features and capacity
    c. The energy efficiency rating of the product
    d. A comparison of the energy efficiency rating among other models
    e. Information on the operating costs and energy usage which will be available in the fact sheets and product directories
