How to Maintain a Healthy Smile Through Your Life

Your smile is one of your most precious assets. You need to take care of this asset and make sure it’s bright and healthy. 

Here are some things you can do to maintain that healthy smile throughout your life. Check them out and show the world your most fantastic smile. 

Brush, Brush, Brush 

It’s probably the most cliched tip of all, but it works! 

Brushing your teeth before you sleep and at least one other time during the day keeps your teeth clean. 

Use soft-bristled brushes. Brush for two minutes. And don’t forget your tongue — not brushing your tongue can lead to bad breath! 

Lastly, remember to replace your toothbrush every four months. 

Don’t Forget to Floss 

No, flossing isn’t optional. You must do it, like brushing your teeth.

Visit Your Dentist Regularly 

Last but not the least, visit your dentist regularly. This is the single best way to improve your oral health habit and keep your smile shining. 

The rule of thumb is to visit a dentist at least twice a year, but it’s better if you can drop by the dentist’s office every 90 days. 

Between visits, keep up with your daily health care.
